Terms of service

These terms cover your use of vedoeyewear.com and anything you buy from it. The site is run by Vedo Eyewear LLC ("Vedo", "we", "us"). By using the site or placing an order you agree to them.

1. Using the site. You agree to use the site lawfully and not to interfere with it, copy it, or use it to send anything harmful. We may update or remove any part of the site at any time.

2. Products and prices. We try to show our frames, colours and prices accurately, but screens vary and mistakes happen. If a price or description is wrong we may cancel the order and refund you in full. Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice; you pay the price shown when you order.

3. Orders. An order is accepted when we ship it. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, a prescription can't be verified, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel, we refund you in full.

4. Prescriptions. Prescription glasses are made to the prescription and measurements you give us. You confirm that the prescription is yours, current, and issued by a licensed eye doctor. Our prescription check is for accuracy of the order; it is not an eye exam or medical advice. See your eye doctor regularly.

5. Payment. Payments are processed securely by Shopify and our payment providers. We accept major cards and FSA/HSA cards. You confirm you're authorised to use the payment method you choose.

6. Shipping, returns and refunds. See our Shipping policy and Refund policy, which form part of these terms.

7. Your information. Our Privacy policy explains how we collect and use personal information.

8. Our content. The Vedo name, logo, designs, photography and text on this site belong to Vedo or its licensors. Please don't use them without our written permission.

9. Liability. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about a product is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded.

10. Law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

11. Changes. We may update these terms; the version on the site when you order applies to that order.
